I refuse to read ads like that.
That drives me absolutely nuts when folks can't give me the decency of a comma or period every once in a while and I'm NOT a "higher education" kinda guy. BUT, my buddy had one of these in 89 and it was decent for the era

Yeah, the ad is poorly written. But look at those handsome OEM alloys and that Lotus badge. Everything is better.
Even knowing that all the plastic and rubber bits under the hood are ready to burst into powder if you look at them cross-eyed, I do like it.
Thing was sold my senior year of HS. It rolled off the assembly line when Reagan was still in office. It's ancient!

Yeah, its unfortunate that it is in the condition it is in, considering it only has 80K miles, and god knows where you get Isuzu I-Mark parts. But I too also want it. The styling is actually pretty good, in a blocky '80s way. My friend had a set of the Handling By Lotus badges that he scalped off a junkyard car and was holding onto to affix to just the right car

Where to get I-mark parts? F6sk? has a build thread for an I-mark and i think also owns a machine shop!
I learned the basics of driving a stick in a red hatchback one. It was cool, and seemed pretty zippy, but what did I know at 15? Someone on here was fixing up a red one. There was a long thread about it, lots of parts sourcing issues.
