CRX HF abandoned project $500 All Mine, Unfortunately Asociated

Selling my 1991 Honda CRX project car. Last time I drove it was about a year ago, it's been sitting since. Doesn't currently start, will need to be towed. Needs a alignment.There is some damage to the right rear corner from the previous owner, it does not affect the suspension geometry but aftermarket sway bars won't mount in the rear. Car is wet in the pictures, the paint is not great. I'm going to attempt to list all the modifications but will likely forget some. Feel free to ask me any questions. Engine :

• Stock 1.5 liter engine
• Short ram intake with K&N filter
• Mount for Optima battery

Suspension and brakes:

• Crx Si front brakes
• Rear swapped to 95 Civic EX disc brakes 
• CRX Si master cylinder, booster, and proportioning valve
• Hawk HPS pads
• Goodridge braided steel brake lines
• Koni sport shocks
• Ground Control coilovers
• Civic HX 14" wheels
• All new suspensions bushings from Honda and Energy Suspension
• Rear trailing arm bushings from Whiteline

Misc:

• Wal-mart yard stick hatch prop
• Skunk2 short shifter and shift knob
• Wicked performance no slop shift linkage

Does the engine even turn over?

I just checked this morning, the engine turns over freely.

Dang, I was wanting this car. Wanted to try my hand at a boosted d-series.
