I have a complete 1UZ setup that I am pulling from my Chumpcar. We have ran this setup in Chumpcar and WRL for 2 years. Not this same motor but this same setup. I am going LS now so just don't need anymore. I have 2 motors 1 from a unknown year but has low compression. I just regasketed this motor and re timed it. I am thinking I missed timed it. This motor is complete from top to bottom. I just purchased another mtr from a 97 LS400 running. I was in the process of installing it in the car and have decided to go a different route due to some future goals of ours. We are planning on going to Bonneville this year with the car (Planning on making the 150 Club) and there is little "local" support for the 1UZ performance and tuning wise. It has proved to be a very reliable platform. Included in the swap setup is:

(2) 1UZ-FE 1

(1) KA24DE 5 speed trans

(1) Set of modified Headers to clear steering column on 240

(1) Collins Performance 1UZ to Nissan trans Adapter Set(Can use KA, SR, or 6 speed from 350z) Includes Lightend Flywheel, 6 Puck Clutch, Throw out bearing, slave cylinder, Pressure Plate and so forth. Includes Motor Mounts to bolt in to 240 chassis.

(1) ECU Capacitors were just replaced 1 month ago by Drift Motion in California

(1) Complete Wiring Harness

I had also 1 race ago removed all the injectors and had the serviced and flow matched.

I have a complete manual for the engine and several boxes of spare alternators, starters, Headers, oil pans, partial harnesses. and such. I am sure I am forgetting several things.

This combo would be a great addition to a challenge car or someone looking to build a cheap fast track car. Motor has around 260-270 HP. Its is a 4.0L DOHC with All aluminum block and heads. It is actually 40 lbs lighter than the KA24DE that came out of my S13. I will post pics in a few hours. Please let me know if you have questions.

Just curious, but were you able to run a $1k transmission adapter in a $500 race? Not intimately familiar with that rule set.

Chumpcar is not a $500 race. They have a rule set that assigns points to things and an engine / trans swap is worth points not based on what it cost.

Yes, as stated above they assign a point value to parts not a price value. But yes with this motor combo plus other brake and suspension mods the car valued well over the 500 point mark and knocked us to the "EC" Class which means we cannot compete for the overall race win.
