I am an idiot and had the pulse and return hoses crossed up. Runs good, now.
This has me reconsidering selling it again, though. I could probably get a nicer hull somewhere and make a good ski out of this and get a good price for it.
Get the fuel lines put on right, and look what happens. This is a cold start after work.
I might hook it to the hose and see how it runs once it gets up to temp, but I can't imagine it would be worse than this cold start.
