Started working on reversing the intake. It doesbolt on backward. I need to cut off and weld up an egr boss, remake the coolant crossover pipe and cut up the thermostat housing. I also am ditching the variable intake runner system
Did this thread just die? Seems to have had a lot of promise, especially with an engine that has been used in VWs before. I was thinking about going this route in a Baja project and if that went well, a full bodied car later. I already have both cars, the first being the easy one, the second maybe a bit more of a challenge.
So what happened with this project?
