Congratulations! Are you planning on weekend warrior, track days, or just car shows and resting it?

A little bit of everything. Ive been invited by a friend for a track day at sebring with a bunch of vipers. He used to race his final edition actually. Now he races a big money 5th gen.
Here is a pic of him on daytona going about 170mph...

Dude....
So wait, what? 10 cylinders of excess wasn’t enough and they added twin turbos? Wholly berkeleying E36 M3! Enjoy and make sure you’ve got it pointed in the right direction when you stab the fun pedal the first few times! Enjoy!

Thanks man. Following your thread was definitely influential. I have always wanted one and after doing a lot of research and seeing what you have done, it is probably one of the most affordable "exotic" cars to own.
Update: So i purchased the car back in August. It was picked up from the port in Hawaii september 16th. It arrived in San Diego on Sept. 22nd. It was picked up and loaded into the trailer October 1st. It was supposed to arrive today but the Truck was experiencing overheating issues. Looks like it may arrive sometime in the next few days hopefully.
It has been hard enough to wait this long. I am really hoping it gets here soon with no issues resulting from shipping.

Are you factoring in how a viper's main goal in life is to shorten it's driver's?
Not trying to say shibby can't handle it by any means. A car that is trying to 'kill' you is a good thing in this sense.
Beautiful car! We have a local guy I know with a twin turbo GTS as well. How has the turbo drivetrain held up so far? Driven it in anger anywhere?
In reply to Kendall Frederick :
It is only ever driven in anger lol. Its been great so far. Only had to replace a thermostat in the past 2 years. So far so good.
For those who follow this thread and didnt already know, i took the car to the challenge this year to use it in the over budget class in auto x and drag racing.
the autox it didnt do so well in. I know it has potential but i wasnt willing to push it as hard as i could in the autox. the drag race however, is where the car shines. running on the toyo radials instead of my drag wheel/tire slick set up, it went 11.3 at 129mph. definitely a 10 second capable car if i throw the slicks on and get a decent launch.
the best part is the car survived and was a blast short of having to jump start it once. it made 5 autox passes and 10 drag passes.
here is a pic from the GRM staff!
