Next I need to figure out how to reduce this mess of wires, as of right now I think I want to keep the bcm and still use the cobalt key.
I need to see what all I will have to keep, to keep the bcm. I think I can get rid of the electronic brake control module with no issue and just wire in the data wires from the ecm to the bcm, I can also get rid of the electric power steering module. If I get rid of the eps I will have to wire in a resistor to make the computer know there is a start and an end to the data path.
I got the wiring reduced down as much as I could. Testing to make sure the LSJ would still fire up each time I cut some wires off.
I moved the coils, the cam position sensor, starter, and air intake tube over to the Saab engine I have. I just get crank no start.
- the throttle body clicks, and moves with the accelerator pedal.
-there is fuel getting to the fuel rail
-sounds like it turns over fine.
My guess is I am not getting spark. So that is next on the list to try to figure out.
