It was John's idea I just added a visual.  Picture an tall and wide sill just over the top of the Prius seats with anti-slip pads and a hoop mount location.  The rear would have more overhang but a buggy style cooler rack on a square lid would look just right.

I love the Jeep sheet metal idea for the front clip and windshield.  Any generation should work.

Now someone build it, don't you have a beach town near by?  It would be perfect, I want it for my Cabin.

Probably about a decade since it last ran.  

I really wish I knew how to troubleshoot the factory ECU on that bike.  If I was confident I could, I might try to work out a sale with you, if you're interested.  Without "knowing" I could fix the thing, I'm not sure if I want back into it or not, and it's not like it's on offer currently.  Plus I need another project like another hole in my head...

Rambler has a 108 inch wheelbase.
