R18.... something or other. Weird engine that works like gravity, never leaks, and eats accessory belts every 50k or so.

My mom has an '07 with 230k miles she bought new and still has the factory accessory belt. I know because I bought a replacement a year ago when I adjusted the valves for the first time and it still sitting on my work bench 
2006 - 2011 model year civics use the R18A1 engine.

It can leak coolant if the engine block cracks, a known issue:
