The item in question is hot-linked (oh yeah!) below:

So, 200 amps for $130. But, i can pick up a 150A starter for $98 at a local chain store.

So how many amps do I need? The engine in question is a 4cyl, 2L VW engine.

I have a crappy little 60 amp Sears charger that will start everything from my MINI to our full size Dodge truck.

So 2000W/12V=167 amps? Sounds like 200 Amps might be the way to go. i appreciate the response.
