4 doors from that period aren't notably different in appearance from most 2 doors, so there's nothing wrong with getting the Bonus Door option. Some of them I have to glance at twice to even tell, as they hide the door handles so creatively.

Seems to me that one could be made to handle like a Crown Vic, or similar late model body-on-frame. Just as a track-only car is a reach, a cruise-only is as well. You're never going to make an old 4000 lb. car handle like a sports car, but a few twisties should be enjoyed, not avoided.

Or, you could just see what kind of air-ride system + goodies would do for you.I'd definitely check and strengthen/box the frame.
