Wow. That's amazing. 

Saw the news when this car first broke the record, I could see that it had just a few small fans but I didn't realize that just those 2 little fans were doing the work! They look like small industrial fans, almost like computer fans, not even RC aircraft EDFs...

Edit: Also the fact that you can hear him screaming throughout the run is hilarious and only possible because it's an EV

I noticed that. Those fans look tiny and the airflow through that top grate looks horrible.

Neat vehicle, but it was grating how they kept saying it was a "fast" car.  I went faster in my 100hp E36 M3box on my way to work.

It's a quick car, but it is not fast.

It would be interesting to see how quick it can be to some fast speeds.  It seems that it's capable of going to 100mph/160kph. Maybe. 

I assume it's geared to optimize the 0-100kph run, so in its current configuration may not be able to go much faster than that.

I was wondering what the time is for deceleration from 100 to 0, it looks like it does that pretty quickly too.
