Thinking of committing to the Heartland event in August as a forcing function (get the damn Challenge car buttoned up so I can shake it down before this year's Challenge), and as an opportunity to chase my little brother around in the beginner class.
Any reason I wouldn't enjoy it? Familiar with SCCA club racing weekends, but haven't been to a GridLife event.
I drove with them at Road America. Would recommend. It was a well run event and the race series and Time trial events they run concurent with the HPDE put on a good show.
Agreed. Good group, fun time. Ran at NOLA.
Highly recommend. I'm doing 7 events this year with GridLife.
