Before you go, make sure you check scti-bni.org- to make sure the conditions are worth it. They normally post daily results, and if they get thin by the time you go, I wouldn't.
Most of the cars come up for the first weekend- the cool spectators, a majority of the runners from California, and whatnot.
If they are running, there will be cars, and lots of runs.
