I am interested in a car for sale in The north west suburbs of Chicago/southern Wisconsin,and was hoping I could have a fellow GRM'r look at it for me as I live a fair distance away. Let me know if you can help.

Agreed, 773 is a city area code. I'm in south central WI so it would be a 2.5 hour drive one way for me to look at it. I thought I might be able to help if it was in say Rockford which is only 20 min. away.

Find out where exactly it is. North-West would maybe be gladstone/jefferson/norwood park area. Kind of a hike for me too (if I'm home), but hey... some of the greatest ribs in the world are right there!

Not that I would really know what to look for in this, other than how it drives, paint, body panel alignment, and rust...

I have not bought it yet. I contacted the seller to get the part of the city he is in. I will let you guys know when I find out.
