It's actually sorta surprising that tool boxes don't come with any sort of anti-tip device for the back of them. They're on pretty much every stove/range and most of IKEA's furniture.
Well, i think part of the thing is that most people using big toolboxes are doing a type of work where the danger of a toolbox falling onto them is a drop in the bucket of all the ways their job can hurt them. I know that's true for auto repair.
