You take that VIN and call Mazda. They can cross reference it. The information is not included in the VIN itself.

Isn't there an online VIN decoder? Just google it, there are a few different ones for BMW's

There's a VIN decoder, but it doesn't tell you anything at all about the car. You can get the model year, the market it was built for and not much else. That's all that's in the VIN.

Bummer. BMW's get everything. Build date, all options, interior color codes, etc.
