That clean in Minneapolis?
In reply to 914Driver :
The ad says it was repainted three years ago, which could be good or bad depending on what's hidden under the new paint...

Turbo LS powered GXP
Even if you paid full price it's only about $7500 US
The ad images are like Craigslist bingo so buyer beware.

Yea... Around here the symbol has mostly been co-opted by edge-lord wanna be rednecks that have seen a few too many muddin' videos and are, for some reason, trying to ape California bro culture at the same time (it's freaking weird.) They're usually the same ones with the various unfunny vinyl sayings about Cummings engines and RAM trucks. Having lived in both Florida (Daytona Beach and spent weekends on a ranch outside of Center Hill, Sumter County) and bro-country California (High Desert), they don't do a good job of either one. Damn if they don't give it a go though.
They take the Pennsyltucky E36 M3 seriously both north and west of here.

I must be living under a rock...I didn't know a transverse LS engine in a front drive car was possible.

not only possible, but it's from the factory. They use the LS4 which if i remember right is a aluminum 5.3 and a 60* v6 bellhousing bolt pattern.

I'm certain that he's flexible also. I think that he's more concerned about it getting a good home than making cash.
I know it's likely crusty and will end in horribly but I do wonder how long a 4G63 would last if I were to say wire the wastegate shut, slam in a used trans, add nitrous and haul it to the challenge.
I cannot stop thinking about this 100e Ford Prefect
Lowered with lotus steel wheels and something not sidevalve under the hood. I'd rock that every damn day
MadScientistMatt said:I have no idea how much of a money pit this would be, but the $2500 asking price sure is tempting.
Goodness that's still for sale!?
Not a car, but definitely lusting for it. I was confused by the $10k price tag until I read the description.
Custom smoker, heavy built, will hold two whole cows or eleven pigs. $10,000 with trailer or $8,000 without trailer.
Friend and I are going to try and get this this week. Potential Lemons shenanigans or beyond. Details to come if I get it, and major push to sell the BMW taking up space in my garage - ha!
$500 porsche 914 I hate the idea of rust but...
