That was a great move there at the end, I mean lack of move for a teammate. I like Checo a lot, but I hate red bullE36 M3, so I hope LeClerc can get one position ahead of Perez- which will make some great team mate feelings for 2023.
That was a proper win for George. Good job. One could be convinced that Merc has found their pace.

I'm so much hoping that my theory that they moved on from 2022 months ago is true- as this would be an indicator for 2023 areo on a flawed chassis.

Here is a bit longer version than what they had on the broadcast.
That was a great race. Seems like this track always has them.
2 days in a row that no one played team game for Checo. That didn't help to make me think Max is growing as a human.

Enough of that from me- I'm so, so, so happy for George, and relieved for Mercedes.
Kind of gutted for Haas- they could have really secured their spot, but Riccardo fighting to get Alpine ruined a great weekend for K-Mag, And we missed mini-Schumi going from last to 11th yesterday- he did pretty well today, but could not get points. Still have a two point lead over AT.
McLaren shot themselves in the foot, in spite of the in fighting over at Alpine.
For much of that race, it looked like Mercedes was going to pass Ferrari- but that late SC did wonders to that. Same SC that killed Perez's lead.
The last race will be interesting, that's for sure.

Max has compromising photos of various FIA officials and gets them to deploy the safety car when he needs things like his first championship or a chance to stick it to his teammate.

When asked about the contact with Lewis he came right out and said he knew Lewis wasn't leaving room but he threw the car in there anyway knowing there would be contact. Granted this explanation didn't come out until he was already flustered by everyone asking about the Checo situation...but he basically said he wasn't leaving room so I hit him. Ironically, Lewis was on the same line that Max used to make a pass in the sprint race yesterday.

When I saw that go down I thought to myself that Lewis didn't give up the space less for Brazil 2022 and more for world championship battle 2023. He has to establish that he isn't backing down to Max or he will continue to dive bomb and take positions that should be raced for.

Douche of the Day? He's been the biggest douche in Formula 1 since the day he started. I wish more people would see it instead of giving him a pass because of his talent. The apple didn't fall far from the tree, read the controversy at the bottom of this article Jos Verstappen

As a non fan of Max even I can freely admit he's been much better this yr(easier when out front and gone) and have hope to see him race everyone like he raced Charles at the start of the yr.
