Guess I missed this question when asked.
Car dealership doors run about $35,000 each. That's because they are high speed doors, large, commercial, and insulated.
Last job I did had 9 of them.

Weird that this thread popped back up.
I put this project on hold last year because I lost my window of opportunity to get it done without affecting other stuff we had planned. I am taking another run at it now. Should have quotes from 2 different contractors in the next few days.
I abandoned the rollup garage door idea once I learned of all the additional requirements needed to be compliant as a garage door. Would need to increase the height of the opening and redo the concrete outside to have a ramp entry, would have to redo the posts holding up the porch above to remove the center post, etc.
Plan now is just to open up a 14ft section of the wall between the existing garage and the new space. That will allow me to get a car into the new space through the existing garage.
I have a friend who is a GC but mostly does custom cabinetry work. He quoted making me custom "french doors" with a man door one one side, and a large panel door on the other, but I don't think I'll bother with that. I'll just keep the existing door and sidelights.
