I'm pretty sure I first saw this in 1985 on ESPN, but I've slept since then...
I remember telling a friend of mine that his Katana 600 couldn't corner as well as my Z-24 because of this video. My friend nearly put his bike in a canal trying to prove me wrong.
This was on some compilation that I used to rent from my local video store. I must have watched it 100 times. It always bothered me that they used the Sabre and not a VFR. :)
Reminds me of the video Mercedes did of the f1 car vs...whatever it was and the other cars got like half a track...and the f1 car (obviously) still took their lunch money.
That wouldn't happen today given modern performance cars.
