Well back in 2009 I thought I hated Hondas. I worked on them but thought I hated them. I bought a 2009 Fit for a DD and absolutely fell in love with them and have had 5 more Hondas since. I'm currently on a Subaru swing but I miss my Honda's. Build quality all around is way better than Suabaru as are interior materials. Has me somewhat longing to be back in one.
I always like Subarus though but it was from my days playing Gran Turismo and being a fan boi.
As far as Toyotas....I hate them but I find myself really like the new 4Runner, the Taco, and wouldn't mind sporting an FJ.
As a kid my father and grandfather both said if I remember nothing else, to never by a Chrysler and no one in their right mind would have bought a Fiat. I have broken both rules and couldn't be happier with my 500.
We looked at the convertible and I don't know what exactly the difference was but it felt smaller that the hardtop.
I dont think i really hate any brands but cars that i bought on a whim and then ended up singing the praises of were Dodge Caravan With a Manual, and Honda Insight (1st gen of each).
