550 was a bust. Getting on train to for next 7 hours up the coast to pick something else up and drive it back roadkill style. 16 hour of travel to go 600 miles only on SoCal
Another 550? a hint perhaps?
Cammed and bolt-on LS2 with a manual and the top goes down. Will be getting heads and a better tune when I get it home. Been traveling for almost 5 hours and still not off the train. Then I need to drive it home. Don't want to jinx the buy until its in my possession. Though you guys know me its a odd car.
The car had a 4 cam at one point it was not sold with a 4 cam. No lie I think someone locally when restoring his 550 spent 285K+ just on the long block of his 4 cam.

Of course I found something I like on BAT which I hate dealing with especially there auction setups.

If you don't mind me asking, what issues do you have with BAT's auctions? I am under the assumption BAT is one of the better auction formats.
It comes from them indiscriminately putting some of the cars I have for sale on their site. When they do I get 100 calls that week from people all over the world when I am trying to sell an American Classic locally. Then they refuse to take down the ads. Plus to bid they take a very hefty fee off the top and only let people who have given them a credit card, which I refuse to do looking at there site code, to simply ask questions. Then there is the armchair valuation guys in the comments picking apart everything and not actually knowing what they are talking about. Just blech
