Recently the washers on my P71 (Crown Victoria) stopped working. Push in the stalk and the wipers sweep twice but no fluid spray. THOUGHT that I used to hear a small motor actuate when stalk pushed before....or maybe I didn't?
Anyway, checked all fusible links, look OK, there are 2-3 30 amp fuses that CV bulletin boards say MAY blow, can't pull without risking a broken fuse, and can't see which is correct fuse. CV bulletin boards also mention a WCM (wiper control module) but the link showing it's location is inactive.
I have fingers crossed it is fuse or motor for pump, but even pump motor looks nearly inaccessible under airbox.
Any help/ideas appreciated.
