What do you do when a friend has a stalled project?
Earlier this week, some of the GRM crew met up with our video editor, Chris, at his house to help him restart work on his project car, a 1971 Super Beetle.

That is really cool. Like many hobbies half of it is the enjoyment of the actual hobby and the other half is getting together with friends and enjoying their company while doing something.
Just bring money. An intervention would be nice. Where is "Pimp my Ride" when I need them? 
Insult them. Loud. In front of others.
I took the week off work and was planning to make some progress on my stalled project this week. This is the temperature in my garage. Maybe this fall....

Indeed. I'm not looking forward to my next power bill.
I have an old window AC mounted in the garage wall, but it accumulates condensation on the outlets and gets the wall and floor wet.
With the outside temperature of 100 degrees every day this week and no insulation, I don't think it would make much of a difference anyway.
