The distinctive c-pillar is much obscured by the man in the original picture.

I haven't either but I thought everyone knew how ugly those cars were.

Watch your mouth!
When I was a kid my dad's friend raced one of these in mini stock. He bought it from another racer and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it as he just couldn't keep up with the other cars. My dad offered to have a look, then took it out and ran up front with it. I was probably 5 or 6 but I still remember how his buddy looked after realizing that the car wasn't the problem. I learned a lesson that day.
It wasn't this car, but looked just like it.
I got a Matchbox toy Anglia as a young boy, in about 1963. I still have it.
Representative photo grabbed from the Net:
There were tons of 105E Anglias around in the old days running 997 cc Ford engines as well as many hot (well, maybe 'warm' is a better adjective) rodded cars using larger later engines out of British Fords - often the 2.0 SOHC out of the later Cortinas (American should think Pinto).
I kind of like the look of them now, though I didn't back in the day when I was involved in my own hot rodding (TR4 engine into a Triumph Mayflower, hopped up MGB engine into a Riley 1.5 etc.)
I remember seeing this one at SCCA events: 1966 Ford Anglia Super
(At least, I think it was this one.)
