The more you look at it the more it hurts. This is what happens after your fourth booster shot. I have no idea who or what would have done this to an all steel 1931 Ford, but here it is. Runs, drives ,stops, but that's it. Do not expect to put it on the road with any form of safety untill the car is gone over. Steering box is loose, and wiring looks like the pinstriper did it.. Aside from removing all the accessory and unnecessary crap, along with three hundred miles of pinstriping tape oh, well you get the idea. All Steel model a rumble seat Coupe with a lot of nonsense added on. Don't be a hater. I didn't do it. After removing all nonsense and going over the car, there is probably something really neat under there.
The paint is kind of cool. All the extra things hanging off like the stacks, the window covers, the scoops and the marker lights on a stick would have to go for me. I appreciate the paint in a strange way.
In reply to ShawnG :
I don't think that it is a '32 frame, I just think that he hung an auxiliary gas tank back there off some sketchy bracing.
I hope whoever buys it preserves the exterior (and engine bay paint scheme) so that future generations can appreciate it, like the Mighty Snorkelstang.

This. Id rock it.
Who is riding in the rumble seat with exhaust pipes blowing in their face? Or the fumes from the pinstripes on those exhaust pipes burning off?
Maybe the exhaust stacks are fake (best option because then the rumble seats are a lot more usable), or maybe there's some insulation/heat shielding to let the paint survive (could be as easy as the stacks being a giant tip for a real exhaust inside), or maybe Mr. Salvatore got really fancy and did the exhaust pinstripes with high-temp paint...
I can't even tell what era this would have been built in. Maybe late 70's, with some additional garnish added on over the years?

Agreed. It makes me think of this for some reason.

Exhaust pipes? I thought they were bong pipes, it would've explained a lot.
I can imagine buying this and slowly decrapping it. You take the door panels off and the inside of the doors are also pinstriped...

Or a pressure washer!
