What would cause the clutch actuator cylinder to fail three times in four years on a '04 Cavalier? Car has 50K miles put on it since new by the original owner. Dealer replaced the first two.

Any thoughts

I've searched around but have not posted. I did see some talk of replacing a pressure line.

I doubt dealers use those.

You'd be suprised. On "older" cars out of warranty, it's not uncommon to buy from the corner parts store if its cheaper than OE to get the job and avoiding ordering parts for the next day. If you're having non-warranty work done at a dealer, be sure to specify that you want OE. (If that's what you want).
