We are starting fun runs on the autocross course but a few of the cars that broke earlier in the day will be able to finish their timed runs.
Georgia Tech had an issue with wiring on their crank position sensor and are working on getting it back up and running for their pro driver timed runs.

The parking lot build team is working on re-plumbing the fuel system to get a full power run in before 4:00.
Man, every time one of these comes around I'm envious that I'm not able to participate. There have to be some (any!) folks in the Phoenix area who would be interested in playing along, right?
And that is a wrap on autocross, unfortunately the parking lot build did not make another run. Drag racing starts at 6:00.

Make sure you have rusty bolt removal, that becomes broken bolt extraction!
I learned today that Kirley seats make extremely good nap chairs and the Baja is a riot in the backseat.

Andrew Nelson just ran a 9.04 at 152 mph but blew a head gasket so that will be the cars only run tonight.
I'm still opposed to non $2000 cars being eligible for the big prizes like overall drag time and whatever it brings this year
