Shouldn't you have "single crank wheel" selected for your ignition trigger?

Where is that menu located, I don't think I've seen that option.

I think I found it with google's help, looks like it's under "ignition options", I'll give it a shot in the morning.

It idles beautifully now, time to start messing with the VE tables.

Thanks to everyone for their help, the next one should go much smoother.

Now it's back to the center two cylinders not sparking, any ideas? I can post logs and msq, but I haven't cahnged much.

Does loading an MSQ from before the problem started have any effect?

Got it, I had accidentally turned on wasted spark because of my noobness.

I'm more of a hardware than a soft ware guy, can you tell? Thanks for the continues patience :)
