My junkyard big brake kit (2017 yaris se rotors and 2010 corolla calipers) needed a little love to clear the wheels.
Chaparral wheels are built for Miatas. They might even have the old 70's M logo on the center caps. I think you used to get them from Moss, now it's GoMiata iirc. Decent wheels.
Just found this thread, somehow.
15x8 versions of the classic seven spoke (to save weight over an eight spoke) Miata daisy.
I have some my Mini on 10" Minilites, I'll dig up some pics.
In reply to Keith Tanner :
I want to say that Chaparral wheels came from R Speed in Atlanta. Others may have carried them, too, but I believe it was an R Speed offering.

Those look pretty awesome.
These are Enkei Compe in gunmetal gray. I love them on the MR2. Got them from AxeHealey and have loved them ever since!

This must have been a weekend thread. I missed it as well.
These replaced a set of Diamond Racing steel wheels. The weight reduction made a significant improvement in acceleration. As a bonus, they look 100% better.
How many Minilites can you fit in a Miata, with tires, without using the passenger seat? Four.
And installed.

Yeah, great call. Which brand did you go with?
Holley/Scott Drake/Legendary brand. I think the chrome center caps they came with are too large and blingy, so left them off.

They look perfect.
There were other less costly options but I sprung for the Panasport wheels on my Crossle. I don't think anything else looks right.

I was wrong. They were 14x6-1/2". Just found this pic of the same wheels on the first TE51 I was driving before the AE86 came along. Such memories...
