I'm trying to find wheels to use on my '01 Bullitt for snow tires. It has Cobra brakes on it. Does anyone know if wheels made for a GT will also fit over the Cobra brakes?

For the most part, any of the 17" or larger wheels should work, from what I know.

Thanks. It makes sense to me that any aftermarket 17" wheel would be designed to fit both. What I'm not sure about are OEM 17" GT wheels.
While I'm at it I should also ask the following questions:

This, I've seen the split 3 spoke 94-5 gt 17's on cars with cobra brakes before.
Also, a good source for shopping wheels would be the mustang clubs/forums......with as many members as those surely have, there should be some people local.
With OE calipers all of the mustang 17s fit. I've used them all on our LeMons cars. The raybestos calipers are thicker than oe and will hit tri bars and clear the five spokes and split five spokes.
Cobra R Brembo calipers are the ones that cause problems. The only factory 17s that will clear those are the 95 Cobra R, 98 Cobra R, 03/04 Cobra 5-spoke, and 10th Anny Cobra split 7-spoke.
