I posted about this a while back, and I believe it was Keith who asked me for the trouble codes and I didn't have them then. Well the check engine light came back on. Here's what it said.

"Oxygen sensor circuit no activity defected bank one sensor 2. P0140

Bank 1 system too lean P0171

Cylinder 1 misfire P0301

P0401 exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient

P0455 Evap emission system leak detected

P1141 no dtc definition found see service manual"

Now, some of these are old. The car at one point was missing badly. It turned out to be a bad plug wire on No. 1. The car now has new plugs and wires, but I don't think the code ever got cancelled. So I think what I'm most concerned about here is everything else. The car runs fine. What say you?

If there are no driveability issues now, I would clear codes and reevaluate when the CEL comes back on. And tighten your gas cap

Also P1411 seems to be the rear O2 sensor according to the internets. But if you were misfiring, I'd ignore those codes until they come back.

Clear them and drive it until new codes come back and start from there.

Agreed. And then next time I'll be at work with my manuals
