Maybe 30 years from now when ice cars have been eliminated, these magnets will be worth big $$ like baseball and Pokémon cards.
I got some in my last order a couple of weeks ago. If it's changed, it must be more recent than that. That reminds me, I need to order wheel bearings...
My last few orders have been hit or miss. Flexplate in an oversized box? No magnet. Fuel pump assembly? Two magnets. $15 cabin air filter? One magnet
I wish it were only magnets. My last few orders have been parts I didn't order or for another car altogether and I'm left with paying FedEx return fees. "Oh these S2000 wheel hubs I ordered have a 4x100 bolt pattern! Neat"
Got a magnet in my order received just a couple weeks ago. Jealous of guys that have gotten more than one in a box. I've never gotten more than one, some orders have none.
Seems to be order procurement person dependent.
If you want a 5pk of magnets you can order them from under the tools/universal parts tab.

An entire side of one of the 12 foot tall posts of my Bend-Pak lift is covered with them. I'm gonna be rich!
I don't care about magnets, I want the right parts and good customer service.
I guess that's why I gave up on RA.

Yes, yes I do
I've ordered a lot of parts from then recently, all have come with magnets. Guessing the OP just got unlucky and caught their occasional miss.

I do after the "tool box labeling" thread. I had avoided labeling the drawers as I didn't want to scrap off labels in the future. Then someone posted the "well, duh..." comment about putting P-Touch labels on magnets. And those RockAuto magnets I've been tossing for ages would be perfect for that.

I've had to use them a couple times recently because they were the only ones I could get the brand I wanted quickly and reasonably. But yeah, their CS is absolutely non-existent. They screw up and you have to pay to ship it back.

No, but yes. My current status:
Been hit or miss, magnet-wise for me too. But they've been rock solid orderwise for me.
Meanwhile, a recent FCPEuro order sat at the "processing" stage for 2 weeks, at which point they informed me that one of the parts I ordered was NLA (Mercedes says otherwise). Then they finally shipped the remainder and threw in an in-cabin filter for a Mercedes SLS AMG, one of which sadly I do not own.

That E36 rallying magnet! Not sure I've ever seen an in-action shot on a magnet.
Plenty of times i have been surprised to find the magnet in the box(as well as all my parts) due to the box having holes and tears on it.
I seem to only get magnets if the order is over $100. I think my wife got rid of my stash on the fridge.
I've never had a mistake on an order, but have received broken parts.
