Yes, a little midcentury building that was a wreck next to our big one. Bought it pre-pandemic just to rehab and flip to remove an eyesore from the block... then the world changed and now, with 4 offices and a front room, it's the perfect size for us.

What awesome timing! Bought the new place at pre-pandemic prices, sold the current place at pandemic pricing. No one could have predicted what happened with real estate but you still nailed it. :)

The new place doesn't have a big sign like the old place did, but we'll get some of those things where you can stick your face in a hole and take pictures.

Ultimately I think the difference between a glory hole and a regular hole is more a use case than a design difference.

I guess maybe its good in that people wont go to the old building thinking its GRM, but it does feel poopy since they just painted it to cover the sign. 

Have the new occupants of 917 been made public yet?  I almost made reference to it.

Except with the new bypass everyone just drives around it on the way to STPR....
