This video needs to be reposted about once a year.
I still use that video with my mechanics students.
There's another good one by Jam Handy on suspension called "Over The Waves" - vintage, but good.

I actually had my instructor pull that video up for my powertrain class last fall. When this got posted up last year I finally understood.
