I have never heard of these before. I wounder how much it will go for?
Interesting. Apparently they were originally developed to use SAAB engines in teh first few revisions and were built to race in SCCA's Formula S class.

It appears some were instead raced in SCCA's Formula C class.

Found one overseas that was powered by a BMC A-series motor for $25K

So it looks like between 10-25K is the price range, though with a government auction like that I suspect it might go for less.
BTW, the Fiat Twin-cam was slated to be a potential F1 power plant at one time, so you'd essentially have the potential for a real 60's F1 car that never was.
That's interesting - I remember seeing this car or one exactly like it with the same modifications on the local CL a few weeks ago for less than $3k and couldn't get to it before it was sold.
Odd that it would show up on govliquidation shortly afterwards.
Edit: Apparently the trailer comes with an NV title, which would suggest that my theory that it's exactly the same car isn't that far fetched, although I don't remember the bodywork being this shiny.
Ah well, I might as well bid on it at some point, if I don't forget.
