So... anybody get a mysterious text from last Valentine's Day?

My wife got one from me.  Apparently not delivered on Valentine's Day.  Received at 3 am.  Weird.

I was talking about it in the Minor Rants thread. Yes, I got a very bewildering couple texts from my ex-girlfriend who I haven't seen or spoken to in about 7 or 8 months. And she got one from me, along with me "Did you mean to send me this?" "What are you getting at?" It made me feel like I had lost my grip on sanity when she sends me the screenshot of her phone with a bunch of texts from me (including one I didn't send) and no texts sent from her. Thanks, phone companies, for twisting that knife a little deeper.

Yeah, I've heard it's pretty widespread, across all major carriers.  It's been especially unsettling for those who received texts from people that are, well, dead.  Imagine that.

Wife got one from one of our kids' teachers.

I'm aware of several people this has happened to.

I got one at 1am but I think it was in reply to a text from back in August

I'm 100% serious when I say the one I received at 4am said:

"I don't really want you to urinate on me, btw."

Think of all the drunken booty call sext messages that were all just delivered and the chaos that ensued.

Yep my wife got a text from me at 3am that apparently wasn't delivered when I sent it originally. I didn't receive anything weird.

My friend got one from me. Something about the carpet guy coming in the morning, probably when I was selling my house.
