I'd say the Lehigh FSAE X41- a buttload of caster and zero compliance in pretty much everything, but that's a racecar...
For road cars, another vote for the AW11 MR2- pavement, wet or dry, slicks or terrible all-seasons, rallycross, you name it, I never felt confused as to what the front end was doing. Scared maybe, but never confused
interesting how the cars that keep coming up.. Porsche, Lotus, X 1/9, AW11 all have one thing in common.. the engine is -not- in the nose over the steering wheels

I think that might have to do with the intended purpose of those cars more than anything. Probably extra work was put into steering feel that might not have been done in a car partially meant for the daily commuter consumer.
Out of the cars I've owned, my '73 Capri seemed to have good steering feel. My Suzuki SX4 isn't too bad, probably one of the better aspects of the car, honestly. Direct, decently quick ratio, and not over-boosted. Worst would be that SN95 Mustang GT but that was more because of the bumpsteer and other nonsense the suspension did.
