Hypothetically how hard is it to swap hubs from one vehicle to another? the knuckle is the exact same between both cars the only difference is hub bolt pattern and brake rotor and drum bolt pattern.

kinda vague but if bearings and splines are also same should be able to press out old & press in new. (does not account for ABS or other electronic crap that may be an issue)
eg: a GVR4 going from 4-lug to 5-lug using 1G TEL hubs
Plan on new wheel bearings. The outboard inner race stays on the hub 99% of the time, which mangles things. The other 1% of the time, the hub's OD or bearing ID is worn and you should probably find another one if you can. (Or get some green Loctite)
They're usually pretty cheap for what you get, and there's never going to be an easier time to do it.
In reply to impulsive:
it would be mazda 2 hubs on a fiesta
on rock auto the front bearings have the same part numbers and the rears are the same size(and part # according to O'Reillys) since rock auto only carries the complete rear bearing+hub assembly.
To be honest, it probably would be easiest to just grab front knuckles instead of pressing hubs, if you don't have a 12 ton press.
The hubs sound like direct interchange, but if you don't destroy both bearings pressing out the old ones, then you were very lucky.
