There were rather large issues with those kits in the past. Wonder if they've been resolved.
Not a whole lot I can do with one of those kits anyways. 
If someone else wants a Rotrex for their stock motor'd Miata, keep an eye on Track Dog Racing.

I would never spend money on an m45. They're too small for most normal size motors and vehicles. The equivalent size turbo will usually trade for $0-50.
