Well, at least at my house...........

The EF Civic sat idle for several months (OK about eight) because of wonky suspension and worse brakes. That bothers me, but budget (or lack of) and parts collecting have been higher priorites.

Anyway, after charging the battery and retrieving a hold-down that gravity-fed into an obsucure place, the damn thing cranked and started immediately - Big and Happy grin behind the wheel. The clutch was frozen (a bit) but a starting it in gear took care that with no problems. A couple laps around the block reminded me why I've kept this thing for twenty years!

Now, I need moar munney.

Nice. Love the EF. Cool to hear you've kept it so long.

I expected this thread to be about a car fire... glad to hear it's not

I once had one and still miss it, sort of. It was my only car for awhile but I wouldn't want one now unless it was a "second" or even "third" car. BTW, mine had a B18 transplant...and strut tower braces "all over the place" ....what a ride.
