Impala SS was so much car. Back when it was new, I got to lap Road America in one. It did well. (As intended, though, the 9C1 was a bit more forgiving.)

Having graduated in 89 I would love a Firebird Formula, though even back then I was mad that you couldn't get the 350 with a manual.
The Hurst Performance Camaro that I brought to races and shows (Including to our display at SEMA). I bought the car when Hurst was sold and sold it to put the down payment on my first house.

I remember in my parts slinging days in the early 00's, I had a regular customer SWEAR that he had a 1987 IROC 350 with a 5-speed manual that he bought new. As far as I know, there were something like 50 test mules built with that combo, and all of them blew up their T-5s and were crushed. But nope, he totally had one.
Sure, Jan... sure you did.

Those headlight covers and the Pontiac [style] wheels really take that Camaro up a notch!
I love third gens. I was in high school then and always thought the the IROC was the best looking Camaro of all time. That is still my dream build. Yellow IROC with LS and 6 speed manual. Suspension upgrade, Recaro, and decent stereo. After all it is a Camaro.
