I have to get tires mounted on SWMBO's Fit, replace the parking brake cable on the P71 in preparation for an upcoming road trip, mount the push bar I snagged for it off eBay (mostly so I can then mount an LED light bar - the factory headlights are mostly theoretical in their operation), make some things with my laser CNC, and continue the basement-into-workshop project. Oh, and mow the weedy jungle that is my acre of land.
HOPEFULLY I will get the 78 C10 back down and driving. Have to finish opening hte hole for hte shifter, drill 4 crossmember holes, install the clutch and put the shortened shaft in.
Damn, that list got a LOT smaller than last weekend.
Replacing some popped capacitors on an old motherboard so I can possibly build a game rig.
Working on cleaning out the garage a little to make room for the wife's rig along with my project car, but the project make end up sitting outside for another winter with no progress made. Meh.
I really need to make time to go to Dad's shop and work on cleaning that out before I get into my own project cars again. Been talking about it for over 3 years and haven't made any progress. Frustrating.

Varnishing and mounting a teak helm on my Whaler + some fiberglass work.
Wiring on SanFord. I need turn signals and some kind of brake light switch.
Welding D-rings on a friends newsed trailer.
Designing the stacker rig for the trailer so I can haul all the things.
And something is going on the smoker.
Last round of the local local AX series tomorrow, first round of the UBC's 'Slush Series' AX on Sunday up in Canada.
AKA lots of standing around in the rain.
Cleaning and organizing my "workshop" room while watching the live challenge coverage. Going to try to do the timing belt and adjust valves on the Civic too.
Nothing, unfortunately.
Dinner tonight to celebrate Dad's 83rd birthday.
Tomorrow, Annual Pirate Cruise.( ~60 grown a$$ people dressed as pirates barhopping in a 65' houseboat)
Sunday, visitation for best friend's dad.
Saturday I'll be cleaning the house in prep for a Saturday evening cookout with friends on our deck - where I sunk 2-12' power poles to emulate dock pylons last weekend. Then Sunday I have some Graphic design work to do, followed by swapping out shift cables and rewrapping handlebars on my camping/commuting bike.
I'll be working a GreenPower event on Saturday and attempt to take the Opel GT to a car show on Sunday afternoon, if I get a couple honey-dos done.
This is what Green Power is.

Despite running really well during the road test, the Healey had to come apart for a head gasket. So working on it on Satrday.
Sunday I am going to be helping a friend put his 32 Ford Hot-Rod together. Bit of cage fab and maybe get the doors on.
Going to change the oil in the Corvette for the first time... should be an interesting experience. Then I'm going to wash it and try to decontaminate the Armor All-infested interior.

Not much that's car-related. AX season closed last Saturday (which sucks because tomorrow is supposed to be perfect AX weather).
I have some deferred lawn maintenance to do, and some scary movies to watch with DW to get in the Halloween mood. Any suggestions?
Putting some holes in paper with my new M&P9 2.0. Should be a... blast
actually working. Tonight is the 4 tops, tomorrow is WMA cage fighting. Sunday is an easy day. In between all that, I finished sanding the cabin on my sailboat and tomorrow I hope to primer it
Drive to cincy to see new nephews tonight, take youngest to cross country meet sat morning, drive up sat afternoon almost to cincy to be in a friends' wedding where I'll be the Stig. Probably take the family BACK to Cincy sunday to visit the aforementioned new nephews.
"On the road again..."
Lawncare and winter prep work. That’s what I say to my wife anyway; I’ll really be hanging out in the garage building some custom hot wheels that someone requested.
Working Saturday, Sunday heading to Regina to do a bit of shopping then parking my ca away until time to go to paint. Need to swap wheels over and be ready for driving on snow to the shop, tho most likely trailering my car back after paint.
I'll be doing my first actual welding project (after buying a welder and starting to get acceptably decent at putting metal together) this weekend on the Jeep. Just a relatively simple sheet metal patch in the driver's side front wheel well. I do have to rebuild a torque box on the passenger side as well, but I'll get the easy project out of the way first (and probably save the torque box for next weekend).
Kongou needs a new radiator and alternator, so that's going to be my weekend. Autox on Sunday if I manage to get it all done.
Painting a bookshelf and refurbishing some cast iron pans. And some yardwork too.
Also, I'm trying to avoid looking at this link too often:

Seriously, this is dangerous to my well-being. Thank goodness I'm broke.
this guy... got some water in it from the houston flooding a month or so back... so needs carpets replaced... runs and drives well... sadly the a/c died... need to check the UV dye and see where it's leaking... once the a/c is fixed it's time to replace that carpet and padding and then pull the door panels to fix the peeling side panel pleather... need to get it in shape to be my uber car as my wife isn't loving me stealing her Prius and making her drive the accord lol...
Nothing. I wish I had something to do. Well I do, I just don't have the money to do anything.
