Ever seen guys doing XC racing? Their bikes weigh around 24-26lbs, and they can blast probably up to 25mph on a flat section with hard pack.

They can get seriously injured in a crash. Add another person, and the buggy.....

Speeds are low, very low, and the competition dosen't require a roll bar. As per the competition rules, The buggy also has to be foldable to fit into a 4'X4'X4' cube so many teams forgo the rollover protection for actually meeting design requirements.

What does cycling have to do with camber on a four wheel vehicle. Too much camber can cause steering and traction problems.
