I shed a tear at the end of the video.

More importantly, that is Windancer in the opening!
What is the Wagon Attack connection with the Santa Cruz 70 (ney Great Lakes 70) race boat?

^ I agree, I am disappointed.
From the comments section of the youtube page:
Jason A said: He crushed it because it was more than the car was worth to ship it back to the states. It was also nearly impossible to make it legal to sell in Iceland. The laws there don't allow you to take any parts off before it's crushed. It's the wagon life, it can be built again.
What I want to know is why they bothered shipping the car to iceland for a minute or two of boring footage.
Yeah, I will say this one wasn't as fun as the last one- and the ending was rather sad. I get WHY it was done, I just don't always agree with it. It's his car, his shoot, he had a lot of fun with it, I suppose that's what really matters.

My Guess: in an attempt to justify the use of the new RC helicopter/camera rig they bought
I loved it, what an epic end to an excellent car. The clean finality of it is what pleases me most, rather than part the car or let it slowly rust away just finish it and move on.
Very very sad. The footage was beautiful, but I was looking at the Iclandic countryside more than the car. And I was definitely pissed when they crushed it. Totally a let-down after Wagon Attack II.
