There were a handful (around 10) e28 5 series tourings built by an aftermarket company named Schulz. I've had a long time fantasy of hunting one of them down and converting it to M5 guise.

Hahahaha. I legit spat coffee out reading that. And fwiw, I would argue that the cutoff is actually when they started making... long roofs! Anything including/after the Cayenne is gonna follow normal Eurotrash luxobarge depreciation rates, haha. And this is spoken from a proud owner of a 970.1 Panamera.
