I think they are saying the proceeds of the west event go to the winner of the west event so that person can take their car to the Florida challenge. I agree its a great idea.
He doesn't understand plain English very well, after when I gave him my ideas he called my comments negative. "Shrugs"

You do understand that Kreb and I are different people, right? That's why we have different names, and avatars. So when you talk about someone not understanding plain english its best to make sure you're talking to th correct person, otherwise you just look like an ass. Excuse me, like more of an ass.

Sure I mistook the phrase "Send the winner back east" for the phrase "send to the winner back east" but at least i'm not in here just to shoot other people's ideas down.

Shooting ideas down, what are you reading. Really this is idiocy, are you aware that a large group of challenge participants, including myself sent money to Nashco, the sole West Coast paticipant so he could bring his car and compete.

I can see why GRM has resisted further attempts to do a West Coast challenge, anything less than a full agreement with your way is considered negativity. You even want another party to promote the event. You are not prepared to do anything.

Build a car, have a gathering, go to autocrosses, drag race it. SHOW GRM the numbers.

Oh and stop griping, it's 1000 at least miles each way for a large portion of the regulars, we don't cry about it.
