That is pretty sweet. What I would do:
Rebuild the suspension, lower it a bit, swap some discs on the front if there's a good junkyard option (I don't know anything about vintage fords), get a set of Mustang Bullitt take-offs, tune up on the engine, nice stereo and a nice set of dual exhausts and call it a day.

The 352 is not a crappy engine. It is a member of the FE family (Ford-Edsel) as are the 390, 427 and 428 engines.
The 352 can make some serious power and use most of the 390 and 427 go fast goodies. Of course, if you can score one of the 352's larger brethren, you could have a fast sled.
Lots of potential there, Fix the exhaust, snapped off studs are a known problem on FE motors. Fix the brakes, unless you need a lot of expensive parts just rebuild the stockers, they'll be ok. Redo the suspension as needed & DRIVE IT!!!
I was planning on bolting on some stock disks from a late 70s full size Ford, common trick, refreshing the stock suspension with new rubber and some springs or air bags. Hadnt really thought about what to do on the motor. I just wanted to see if you guys had something else. Thanks for the suggestions everyone

Sounds like you have it then... Keep us up to date...
There's one of those near where I work that's just been sitting outside going bad for years. The top is bad and I know it's full of water. It makes me sad every time I see it.
Nice car.
Unload the Rehab Van and take the folks for a Proper ride? I would appreciate it , instead of drooling through the window.
That is correct. I thought they were awesome when they came out. They are 18" steels, which I think is great. They will look like tons better then the crappy 14" unilugs I have on there now.
In reply to singleslammer:
Are you sure they'll fit? Fords are usually 5 on 4.5" while GM is usually 5 on 4.75"
Going to run wheel adapters. This will put me in new wheels and tires for about 500. I did all sorts of research before buying them.

i like it. they look vintage enough to belong on the car, without drawing a lot of attention to the fact that they're 18"ers. good choice!
I've got a half rebuilt 460 in my garage with no home (at the moment). If you ever need a new motor for it, I can probably hustle it over to CoMO for you.
Did you find a set to go from 5x114.3 to 5x120?
The new camaro runs 5x120, while the older ones are slightly different 5x120.65.
I have some 16" Crown Vic steel wheels that go great on my Fairlane.
