World Challenge racing is online and live at http://world-challengetv.com.
This is a great series, at least until it runs on street circuits. A car stalled on the grid and the standing-start was almost clean; almost. Several cars out before T1 and a beaten-up Mustang made a further few yards beyond. The resulting FCY has consumed all the first ten laps and this is a timed event.
I wish these people had a cure for red-mist.
SCCA Pro Racing does not deserve to have this series. It is one of the best series around by competition, managed by the worst organizers around. 15 minute yellows for single car incidents is unacceptable. They don't even make pit stops in the WC, so its not like they're waiting for those.
In the first race Mike Skeen tore apart a concrete barrier he hit the wall so hard, and safety crews NEVER got to him. He sat in the car on track for over 5 minutes, window net UP the whole time (big sign that the driver might be hurt), before getting out on his own and walking through the gap in the wall that he created with his car. Never a safety crew member in sight.
